⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give On a Roll Plumbing more than 5 stars, I would! We found ourselves dealing with a slab leak, which is stressful enough on its own, and after a really frustrating experience with another plumbing company, we reached out to JJ at On a Roll Plumbing for a second opinion. From the very beginning, the difference was night and day. JJ and his wife were incredibly communicative about scheduling, called ahead, and even called when they were able to arrive early to make sure that worked for us. JJ and his son showed up first thing Monday morning and immediately got to work actually diagnosing the problem rather than jumping straight to the most expensive solution. They spent a tremendous amount of time doing leak detection and working through different possibilities. Initially, it looked like we might be facing the nightmare of tunneling underneath our home. Instead, JJ kept working to find a better solution. He ultimately rebuilt multiple manifolds and was able to abandon the faulty section of plumbing beneath our kitchen/living room and reroute the water through the attic—saving us from a much more invasive and costly repair. Was it still an expensive repair? Of course. Plumbing problems rarely come with a fun price tag. 😂 But at every step, we felt like JJ was trying to find the right solution for our home—not the solution that would make him the most money. Everything was explained clearly, honestly, and transparently, and we never felt pressured or taken advantage of. What really stood out to us, though, was how genuinely kind this entire family is. His wife handles the scheduling and communication, and JJ and his son work together in the field. When my husband met JJ to pay the final bill, they even gave us the sweetest handwritten thank-you card. After the week we had been through, that small gesture meant more than they probably realized. Finding a contractor who is skilled is one thing. Finding one who is skilled, honest, communicative, hardworking, fair, AND genuinely cares about the people they're helping is something else entirely. We will absolutely use On a Roll Plumbing again and recommend JJ and his family to anyone who asks. They have earned customers for life. ❤️
